How it works

What does FastUCCFiling do?
We prepare and submit UCC-1 financing statements and UCC-3 amendments, continuations and terminations with a state’s central filing office, using the details you give us. When the office accepts the record, we email you its acknowledgment.
What does it cost?
A UCC-1 is $59 for our service plus the state filing fee. A UCC-3 amendment, continuation or termination is $39 plus the state filing fee. Each state page shows the state fee and the total, and checkout charges that same total.
Which states can I order in?
Only states whose filing fee we have checked against the filing office’s own fee schedule. Those states are listed on our state index. Other states are shown as not yet offered here.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We are a filing service, not a law firm. We don’t advise on collateral descriptions, priority, or whether a filing is needed. We file the record you give us.
How long does a filing take?
Timing is set by each state’s filing office. We submit your record after payment and email you the acknowledgment once the office issues it.
Who can authorize a UCC filing?
Under UCC 9-509, the debtor must authorize a financing statement in an authenticated record, and a UCC-3 is generally filed by the secured party of record or someone it authorizes. You confirm your authority with a checkbox on the order form.
Can I file with the state myself?
Yes. Every state’s filing office accepts filings directly, and each of our state pages links to that office.
