Why aren’t all states offered?
We only sell a filing in a state after checking its filing fee on the filing office’s own fee schedule. States we haven’t checked yet are listed as not yet offered here.
Are prices the same in every state?
Our service fee is the same everywhere: $59 for a UCC-1 and $39 for a UCC-3. The state filing fee differs by state and is added at cost.
Which state’s office do I file with?
Generally the office in the state where the debtor is located under UCC 9-307. For a corporation or LLC, that is the state where it was formed.
What if my state isn’t offered yet?
You can file directly with that state’s filing office, or email support@fastuccfiling.com and we’ll let you know when it opens here.
Do you file with county offices?
No. We file only with a state’s central filing office. Records that must go to a county or parish office are out of scope.
