Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-30
These terms apply when you use FastUCCFiling, a service of Fast Filing Group LLC (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them.
What we do
We prepare and submit UCC-1 financing statements and UCC-3 amendments, continuations and terminations with a state’s central filing office, using the information you give us, and email you the office’s acknowledgment. We are a clerical filing service. We are not a law firm, we don’t give legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any state filing office.
What you confirm
- You are authorized to file the record under UCC 9-509: the debtor authorized it in an authenticated record, or you are the secured party of record or authorized by it.
- The information you give us is accurate and complete, including the debtor’s exact legal name.
- You have chosen the correct state and record type for your situation.
We file the information as you provide it. We don’t review it for legal sufficiency.
Fees
The price is our service fee plus the state filing fee, shown before you pay. The state fee is passed through at cost. If a filing office charges more than the fee shown (for example, because of extra names or pages), we will contact you before filing.
Timing
Filing times are set by each state’s filing office. We don’t promise a filing or acknowledgment date.
Limits
We are not responsible for the legal effect of a filing, for errors in information you provide, or for delays or decisions of a filing office. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
