Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-09-30
This policy explains how Fast Filing Group LLC (“we”), which runs FastUCCFiling, handles information you give us.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- The filing details you enter: debtor and secured party names and addresses, collateral description, file numbers and dates, the change to make, your filer role, and your authorization confirmation with its time.
- Payment status and Stripe payment identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store them.
How we use it
- To prepare and submit your filing with the state filing office.
- To email you your order confirmation and the office’s acknowledgment.
- To answer your questions and keep records of orders and payments.
UCC filings are public records. The names, addresses and collateral description you give us will appear on the public record once filed.
Who we share it with
- The state filing office, to make the filing.
- Service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting).
- Others only when the law requires it.
We don’t sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for the filing, for our business and tax records, and as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete what we don’t need to keep, by emailing support@fastuccfiling.com. We can’t remove a record that has already been filed with a state; that record is kept by the filing office.
